Returns & Refund Policy
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If your order is affected, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a refund or replacement. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason. If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.
Shipping Info
Mugs are packed in a cardboard ‘mug box’ to ensure their safe arrival and sent via Royal Mail, usually taking around 5-7 days to arrive from the date of your order (excluding weekends).
