Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a refund or replacement. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason. If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.
