Returns & Refund Policy
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If your order is affected, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a refund or replacement. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason.
If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.

Ornaments are wrapped in layers of tissue paper and placed in a sturdy cardboard. Shipped by Royal Mail tracked delivery and should arrive with you within 7 days of placing the order.
